This product is mostly free from delivery fees in our serviceable areas.

 

For the rest of Australia, a $100 fee applies for standard shipping and priority shipping is an additional $100 on top.

 

Collection is also available in most States but you will need a trailer or van for the Galaxy Bed Base. Give us a call to find out your local depot.

 

Once your order has been confirmed and a copy sent to you via email, our logistics team will contact you to provide a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

 

Standard / Priority Shipping Notice:

You will be contacted by the courier to confirm a date for home delivery. However, they will not be able to carry your items into your home. They will simply unload the van, and the rest will be up to you.

As this item is large and heavy, it requires at least two strong people to safely lift and carry.  If you think you might struggle to move the items inside your home, you may like to add our Metro Assembly Service to your purchase or arrange for a family member or neighbour to be the nominated receiver. 

We stand behind each and every one of our products and are confident you will be happy with your choice. That's why we offer a 40 Day In-Home Trial for most online purchases.

 

However, some purchases are exempt from our returns policy such as purchases of products that cannot be returned in their original condition.

 

This means, we wouldn’t accept a return of any opened and used mattresses… but we would accept a bed base that has been repackaged with its original materials.
