All online orders will be prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.

Our obligations under the contract are fulfilled on dispatch and it will be your responsibility to liaise with the nominated carrier in relation to the date of delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change without notice. You may also be liable for additional charges should you cancel your order after dispatch or request a change to the delivery address.

Please note for safety reasons, couriers are not allowed to enter your home or carry items up a flight of stairs. If you think you might struggle to lift and move the items you've ordered, you must request assembly service prior to dispatch. Additional charges apply and will appear on your invoice.

Change of Mind

Generally speaking, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, except in rare circumstances. Conditions apply and you may not be entitled to a full refund. 

If you are ordering online or over the phone, remember our team are trained to help you make a fully informed decision. If you are concerned about anything, we invite you to call us and ask questions prior to dispatch.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Subject to your rights under the ACL, the Company will not accept a request for return in the following circumstances:

• the Goods that have been sold at a sale, promotional or clearance Price, or as second grade or quality;
• the Goods are damaged, altered, stained, ripped, torn, burnt, contaminated, infected, or soiled in any way by you; or
• the Goods have been personalised or manufactured according to your specifications.
