Purchasing a new mattress can be daunting, especially online. Our Soflex Mattresses are informed by more than 15 years of research and development, so we are confident you will love your purchase.

 

To give you that extra peace of mind, we offer a free 100 nights to trial your mattress on eligible purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us to request an exchange or refund*! 

We work closely with a number of charities and local businesses to either repurpose or donate your returned mattresses, so you must be able to demonstrate your compliance with the terms and conditions below. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have purchased a bed bundle (meaning an adjustable bed base and mattress) at full price through our online store. 

  • You must retain the plastic wrapping for your mattress supplied on delivery (as you will need this to repackage your mattress for return). 

  • You must use the free mattress protector at all times during the trial period.

  • You must sleep on the mattress for at least 60 nights from the date of delivery before making a request for return. This is the average time it takes for your body to adjust to a new mattress surface. A request for return will not be accepted until after a full 60 night trial. 

  • If, after sleeping on your mattress for a full 60 nights, you are not completely satisfied, you must email us within the following 40 nights with your request for return or exchange. 

  • You must liaise with us to coordinate the return of the mattress, either by making yourself available on the nominated date for collection or by dropping the mattress off at your local depot. The mattress must be wrapped in its original plastic wrapping and labelled. If you do not have the original plastic wrapping or it is damaged, you must organise a suitable alternative at your own cost. Any damage during transit will be at your own risk. 

Exclusions

  • Our Risk Free Mattress Trial is not available where:

    • the purchase was made on finance or a repayment plan, 

    • the purchase was made after an in-home or showroom trial,

    • the mattress was sold to you as second grade.

    • the mattress is received back and, in our opinion, damaged, stained, ripped, torn, burnt, contaminated, infected or soiled in any way (including odours).

  • Our Free Mattress Trial is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, we have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.

  • A mattress that is returned outside of this policy will be unauthorised and excluded from our Comfort Guarantee. You will be responsible for the risk of loss and for shipping fees for any unauthorised returns.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange your mattress for another model or size once within the trial period. You will be responsible for any difference in price and assembly service. If the selected mattress is priced lower than the original mattress, no refund will be given.

Making a Claim

  • To request a return in accordance with this policy, you must contact us first on 1300 825 931 or info@superiorlifestyle.com.au. Once your eligibility is confirmed you will receive a Return Mattress Authorisation (RMA) number and a consignment label to affix to your repackaged mattress. 

  • Once your authorised return is received by us in a good and sanitary condition, you will be reimbursed the final Price of the mattress as identified on the tax invoice. 

  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 30 days.

  • In areas where there is a Government issued public health order, we may extend our Risk Free Mattress Time until such a time as you can safely arrange for the return of the mattress. Please contact us for further information on 1300 825 931.

Australian Consumer Law

  • The benefits given to you by this Guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have under any applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
