Purchasing a new mattress can be daunting, especially if you are making the switch from pocket springs to pressure relieving memory foam.

 

Our 30 Night Comfort Guarantee gives you the right to return the mattress and get your money back! Our returned mattresses are either recycled and repurposed or donated to the Australian Red Cross - Homelessness Hub. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. You must purchase an approved mattress protector at the same time as the mattress, which appears on the same invoice. 

  2. You must use the mattress protector on your mattress at all times.

  3. You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 20 nights from the date of delivery. 

  4. You may only request an exchange after you have slept on the mattress for 20 nights and before 30 nights (inclusive) has elapsed from the date of delivery.

  5. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must return the mattress at your own cost to our Head Office on 84 Parramatta Road, Underwood QLD 4119.

  6. You must be able to provide proof of purchase. 

  7. Where you have purchased more than one mattress, you may only exchange one item within the 30 night period. No further exchanges will be accepted (except as required by law).

  8. A mattress returned may only be exchanged for the same size (e g. king size exchanged for a king size only).

  9. A mattress that is, in Superior Lifestyle’s opinion, damaged or soiled in any way will be exempt from the Comfort Guarantee.

  10. A mattress that is not used on an appropriate bed frame or base will be exempt from the Comfort Guarantee. Superior Lifestyle reserves the right to inspect the bed frame or base.

  11. An exchange under this policy is based on the Recommended Retail Price of the items, as at the date of the replacement and regardless of whether they were bought on promotion.

  12. If the replacement mattress has a higher RRP than the original, you will be liable to pay the difference plus any applicable delivery charges. 

  13. If the replacement mattress has a lower RRP than the original, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. 

  14. Superior Lifestyle may charge a service fee for the delivery and pick-up of mattresses. This fee will vary by region.

  15. Our Comfort Guarantee applies to our standard memory foam mattresses only. It does not apply to special sizes, clearance items or floor stock models.

  16. At its sole discretion, Superior Lifestyle will make the final decision to exchange a mattress or reimburse you.

  17. The benefits given to you by this Guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have under any applicable laws.
