Home Delivery (Capital Cities)	This service incurs a $99 handling fee for delivery to a residential address. Please note, carriers are not permitted to enter your home and will not take items inside. Depot Collection	The depots available for you to collect your order will be visible at check-out. This service incurs a $0 handling fee and requires you to organise your own vehicle (such as a van or trailer truck) to and from the depot.

This means, we wouldn’t accept a return of any opened and used mattresses… but we would accept a bed base that has been repackaged with its original materials.
