2021 Superior Competition - Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. The 2021 Reader's Digest Rub to Win Draw ("Draw") is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18.

2. All employees and contractors of Superior Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ACN 605 022 017) (“Superior Lifestyle” “We” “Us” “Our”) or its associated companies and their family members may not enter the Draw.

3. Entrants ("You" "Your") into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from Us containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

5. To enter the Draw you must:

   1. Sign-up with your details via our Facebook form or on our website (details provided must be valid and accurate),

   2. Be available for a call from one of our Health Specialists,

   3. Be available for a possible home demonstration of our products,

   4. Agree to sign up to our newsletter and receive promotions, articles and other offers by Superior Lifestyle.

6. Only one entry will be permitted per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

7. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Us.

8. The closing date of the Draw is 23:59 on July 30th 2021.

9. A total of three winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Draw will be performed by a random computer process. The Draw will take place in the month following the end of the Draw.

10. The winners will receive a therapeutic product chosen by us up to a combined value of at least $7,000.00. The winner will also receive free delivery of the product to a residential address within 100km of the postcode 4000.

11. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (such as the cost for warranty, repair or replacement).

12. The winners will be notified by telephone and by public post on our website. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and We shall be entitled to select another winner.

13. The name and country of the winner can be obtained 2 (two) months after the completion of the Draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 84 Parramatta Road, Underwood QLD 4119.

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

15. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

16. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Our reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Us and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Us and Our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

17. We shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to Us as described in Our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be seen here and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Draw entry and for the purposes outlined above.

18. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Draw or accepting the prize. We further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Us for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

19. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside Our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud, insolvency, natural disaster or economic disruption). The decision of Us in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with Our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside Our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

21. The Draw will be governed by Australian law and entrants to the Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
