Our Delivery Procedure
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS shortly after confirmation of your order.
Your delivery will arrive at your local depot within 7 transit days, starting from the day after dispatch.
In outer and regional areas, deliveries may be faciltated by an agent of our trusted couriers. Contact and delivery may occur up to 15 days after dispatch in these areas.
It is your responsibility to liaise with our nominated courier in relation to the date of delivery. Delays in shipping do occasionally occur and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays.
Assembly Services
Our couriers will be equipped with a tailgate to unload the goods from the truck (unless your driveway is unsuitable for doing so).
For health and safety reasons, our couriers do not offer assembly services and will not carry items past your front door.
It is your responsibility to bring the goods inside (whether by requesting assistance from neighbours or friends).
If you need assistance with installation and rubbish removal, please give us a call. Additional charges may apply.
